Course Description:
Building on the Kimball approach, this seminar will guide the students through the DWH project lifecycle, from analysis and gathering of business requirements, through to design, implementation and maintenance of the DWH, based on the rich and robust Microsoft Business Intelligence product stack. Students of this seminar will gain invaluable knowledge and insight into development techniques and methodologies alongside hands-on experience.Trainer:
Guy Glantser is the owner and CEO of Madeira. His SQL Server career started way back in his army service at the elite intelligence unit 8200, where he served, among his various positions, as the IT team leader. He moved on to the successful gaming website, 888.com, as the database development team leader, and later on as the database consultant for the company. Today, with 13 years of hands-on experience, Guy is focusing on sharing his knowledge as part of the SQL Server community.
